Your listing will be live within 24 hours after our team reviews it.

Yes! ResFinder SA is completely free for students looking for accommodation. Property owners can list their residences for free as well. We may offer premium featured listings in the future, but basic listings will always be free.

Each listing has a WhatsApp contact button that connects you directly with the residence owner or manager. Simply click the green "Contact" button on any listing to start a conversation. There's no middleman – you deal directly with the property owner.

We review all listings before they go live and mark verified properties with a badge. However, we always recommend that students visit the property in person before making any payments or signing any agreements. Your safety is our priority.

We currently list residences near major universities across South Africa including UCT, Wits, Stellenbosch, University of Pretoria, UKZN, Rhodes, UJ, Nelson Mandela University, and more. We're constantly expanding our coverage – if your university isn't listed, contact us!
